I cannot rate our experience with Dewar Appliances highly enough, they will be my first port of call in the future and I would recommend them without hesitation to friends and family. From the first phone call they were friendly, helpful and informative. We had a difficult job with an imported range cooker that the fan stopped working a few days before settlement of house sale ?‍♀️ Where all the other appliance repair company’s didn’t want to know, Paul & Jo kindly informed me that it may be a long process if any parts were required they were still happy to come have a look so we at least knew what we were dealing with. Paul came out the following day and was able to repair it quickly and efficiently. Both Paul & Jo were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thank you so much to both of you.

Fantastic service from Paul. Our fridge broke down while we were away and we suspected, correctly, a stuffed thermostat. The opposition were unable to send anybody for 5 days (two of those weekend in fairness) but Dewars sent Paul within a couple of hours of my ringing. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned the next morning to fit it. Dewars are my go-to people for appliance repairs in the future.
