As a medium sized property management company we have used Dewar Appliances for a few years for all of our white ware repairs and maintenance issues. We send a work order and I know that the tenant will be contacted that day, and Dewars will be there to rectify the issue swiftly. This is really important as I know it is dealt with, and my tenants know that their white ware will be up and running as soon as possible. Invoices arrive promptly and have a good amount of detail. Good communication if the job is going to be larger than expected – no surprises. Great team of guys, everyone I have met has been well presented, friendly and ready to help. Dewars Appliances provided fantastic service and great value. I called on Thursday afternoon requiring a broken washing machine to be looked at. Other companies could not attend until the next week, but Dewars could send a tradesman on Friday morning. Also, Dewars call-out fee and hourly rate was less than other appliance service providers we called. When we returned home on Friday evening, our washing machine was fixed and the cost of repair was very pleasing too. We would definitely recommend Dewars to anyone requiring an appliance to be fixed.
